If there is ever a reminder that we are knocking on summertime’s door, it is when Karl Lagerfeld loads up the cruise ship packed with global top models, his muses, and over 200 esteemed guest for the most expensive afternoon tea party on the French Riviera to present the Chanel cruise collection.

Guests waited patiently for the show to began to take in a parade of 75 most-wanted looks for the resort season. From what I could see from my computer screen in my Brooklyn apartment, he delivered your typical Chanel collection — suits in bright pastels perfect for the ladies who lunch crowd, long flowing gowns in beautiful prints, and flirty black and white swimsuits accompanied by grandiose robes. Out of the 75 looks, here are ten of my favorites.
